Returns & Cancellations

Untoxify offers subscription-based access to premium features (Untoxify Premium). Subscriptions are managed directly through the platform on which you subscribed (e.g., Apple App Store or Stripe for web billing).

• Apple In-App Purchases: If you subscribed via the iOS App Store, billing is managed entirely by Apple. Cancellations and refund requests must be processed through your Apple ID account settings. We do not have the ability to issue refunds on behalf of Apple.
• Web Subscriptions (Stripe): If you subscribed via our website, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial web subscription purchases. Contact support@untoxify.app to request a refund.

By using Untoxify, you agree to these Terms. Untoxify is an educational tool designed to help you analyze product ingredients. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, product ingredients change frequently and AI OCR technology may misread labels. Always double-check physical labels if you have severe, life-threatening allergies. Ordinary Products assumes no liability for adverse reactions caused by consuming or using assessed products.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app by attempting to reverse-engineer its code, overwhelm its servers with automated requests, or scrape its database.
